From good habits like brushing your teeth to bad ones like procrastination, they account for almost half of our daily behaviors, according to a Duke University study.

And yet, creating healthy habits may seem daunting, especially in a world filled with temptations. It’s like trying to resist the dark side of the force when surrounded by candy jars at work. And changing bad habits? It’s like trying to move a mountain with a spoon. The road to healthy habits can be challenging, but with a bit of effort and humor, it can also be fun and rewarding.
